PETALING JAYA: A criminologist has cautioned that the move to publicly name and gazette triads as unlawful could be a double-edged sword.
“It’s a good start. But on the flip side, it gives these gangsters an opportunity to hide evidence and traces of their activities,” said Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Forensic Science Programme lecturer, Dr Geshina Ayu Mat Saat.
