KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set Sept 1 for case management of a defamation suit filed by former Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) examination director, Khalid Yusoff, against national news agency Bernama, the New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd (NSTP), and two others.
High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam set the date after meeting the parties in chambers.
