KUALA LUMPUR: A company's managing director has been ordered by the Session Court on Tuesday to enter his defence in a cheating case involving RM234,420.
Judge Mat Ghani Abdullah ruled after hearing submissions that the prosecution had proven a prima facie case against Leong King Ho, 48, who was charged under Section 420 of the Penal Code for cheating.
