SHAH ALAM: The Election Court here has dismissed an election petition filed by Barisan Nasional candidate Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi over the Batu Pahat parliamentary seat.
Justice Suraya Othman dismissed the petition Monday after hearing a preliminary objection.
