IPOH: Witnesses are not cooperating with police in its probe into shooting cases in Perak out of fear, state police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Shukri Dahlan said.
Citing a case in Taiping which happened publicly, he said police still had problems in getting cooperation from witnesses.
