KOTA KINABALU: The Election Court here has allowed an election petition for the Kota Marudu parliamentary seat.
Kuching High Court judge Datuk Yew Jen Kie, sitting as Election Court judge, struck out the preliminary objections to the petition raised by returning officer Lovita Koisun and the Election Commission.
