GEORGE TOWN: The road bully, who repeatedly rammed his vehicle into another driver’s car before throwing homemade firecrackers to frighten him, has been arrested in Alor Setar.

The 37-year-old man was picked up yesterday by a police team after he was tracked through his car plate number.
