PETALING JAYA: Police rescued a 22-year-old man who was held captive and tortured in a house on Jalan Pahang over a RM3,000 loan that he allegedly owed his attackers.
The victim was rescued after his elder brother reported his kidnapping and ransom demand following a telephone call he received from the culprits using his sibling’s phone.
