KUALA LUMPUR: A non-governmental organisation chief executive officer has pleaded not guilty at a Sessions Court here to various counts of cheating and criminal breach of trust involving RM500,000.
Raja Azman Shah Raja Alang Petra, 48, was alleged to have initiated a computer programme for schools called “Program E-Pendidikan Genius” where he dishonestly induced investors to hand over cash for services of IT facilities.
