Schoolgirls easily identified accused, court told

KOTA KINABALU: A 13-year-old schoolgirl, who was allegedly raped by a 40-year-old restaurant manager who later married her, had no problem identifying the accused, the Sessions Court here was told.

Insp Noraini Mohd Sahid, 27, said she was ordered to find some people to be part of an identification parade together with the accused Riduan Masmud, pertaining to the case on Feb 22.
