MALACCA: Chairs went flying during an MIC branch annual meeting over alleged abuse of power by a branch chairman.
Sources told The Star that the Pantai Peringgit MIC meeting on Monday went awry after some members alleged the branch chairman was practising nepotism and being selective in disbursing government aid.
