PUTRAJAYA: Immigration offenders stranded at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will be dealt with by their respective embassies before deportation back to their country of origin, said the Immigration Department.
Immigration director-general Datuk Alias Ahmad said that under International Civil Aviation Organisation regulations, a person deported from a border entry point would be sent back to his last point of departure.
