16-year-old student claims trial to raping half-sister

KLANG: A 16-year-old student claimed trial at a magistrate’s court here to a charge of raping his 10-year-old half-sister.

The boy, who appeared unperturbed as the charge was read out to him, allegedly raped the girl in a room at a house in Taman Suria Pendamar, Pandamaran here, in November 2011. He faces a jail term of between six and 20 years and can be whipped if convicted.
