KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin won his libel suit against Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd after the High Court held that the publisher has defamed him over his tweets on the WWW1 vehicle registration number bought by the Johor Sultan.
High Court judge Justice Rosnaini Saub held that Mohammad Nizar, who is a former Perak mentri besar, had succeeded in proving his claim against the publisher.
