He said the three dead were Myanmars, while a Bangladeshi worker was being treated at the Ampang Hospital.
Azmin said a team from the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) had inspected the site on Monday, and found nothing amiss.
"It is part of a routine inspection, and they were there to monitor the development of the slope and construction work.
