KOTA KINABALU: Traces of semen were found on a seat cover and two handkerchiefs, the Sessions Court here was told at the start of the high-profile case involving the 40-year-old restaurant manager accused of raping a 13-year-old girl, whom he married later.
Government chemist Baling Peter Raig, who was first prosecution witness, told the court that the traces of semen were found on three items, including two handkerchiefs and the car seat cover in preliminary examinations conducted on 19 exhibits.
