KOTA KINABALU: Activist MD Mutalib @ Abdul Mutalib Mohd Daud who gained fame for speaking out against the alleged issuance of documents to foreigners has died.
Mutalib, 51, is believed to have have suffered from a stroke and died at about 3am on Saturday.
