KUALA LUMPUR: Express bus touts are still a problem and the Land Public Transport Commission is pushing for electronic ticketing to rid the problem once and for all.
SPAD chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar said constant enforcement was not enough. “Touts are a big problem,” he said. “The worst ones are in Pudu Sentral,” he told reporters at the Hentian Putra bus station yesterday.
