BUTTERWORTH: The case of an executive in the state Pakatan secretariat who was charged in a Sessions Court here for violating the provisions of the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012, has been set for Sept 9 for trial.
Sessions judge Meor Sulaiman Ahmad Tarmizi on Thursday set the date after deputy public prosecutor Suhaimi Ibrahim handed over documents pertaining to the case to the defence team.
