KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu speaker Zubir Embong sent a vacancy notice of the Kuala Besut state seat to the Election Commission (EC) at 10am.
State EC chief Fakhrul Razi Ab Wahab said a by-election must be held within 60 days after Thursday, the latest date being Aug 27.
