KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Datuk Faizal Abdullah was ordered to testify in the trial of former Transport Minister Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik on the company’s involvement in the sale of land for the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ).
This followed the COO’s failure to set aside the subpoena served on him by Dr Ling’s lawyers.
