GEORGE TOWN: The Penang state government will launch a probe into the reasons behind the lightning arrestor from Menara Umno which collapsed onto Macalister Road.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said a probe to identify the reasons as well as establish legal liability would be conducted after everything resumed to normal.
