KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here wants senior lawyer Datuk N. Sivananthan to reapply as counsel for each Filipino who was charged with waging war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and terrorism activities.
Sabah and Sarawak Chief Justice Tan Sri Richard Malanjum found the second application submitted by counsel James Tsai to be non-compliant with Section 10 (c) of the Advocate Ordinance.
