KUALA LUMPUR: DAP will deliberate on whether action will be taken against its Bakri MP Er Teck Hwa who has apologised for attending the Parliament briefing despite a boycott by Pakatan Rakyat, said party national organising secretary Anthony Loke.

Er created a stir yesterday when he was the only one of the 89 Pakatan Rakyat MPs who attended the briefing for parliamentarians.
