KOTA KINABALU: Orphan Duncan Balakrisnan repeatedly tried on his new pair of shoes to make sure they fitted properly while waiting to be checked in for his first plane ride.

The 11-year-old was excited since he was among 40 children from Sabah selected for the joy ride in conjunction with the World Marketing Summit’s inaugural Hope programme in Kuala Lumpur.
