Vagrant acquitted of murder after court rules CCTV footage of attack inadmissible

KUALA LUMPUR: A vagrant was acquitted of murdering a Myanmar-national two years ago after the High Court ruled that the CCTV footage - which the prosecution's case hinged on - was inadmissible.

Vagrant Mohd Abdul Aziz Ibrahim, 25, was charged with murdering Bar Bar outside Restoran Shukran, Wisma Cahaya Suria on Jalan Tun Tan Chen Lock here at 12.40am on Oct 15, 2011.
