JOHOR BARU: Seven people, including a 16-year-old girl, were charged with cheating two individuals in two scratch-and-win cases.
Chin Kim Leong, Tan Heng Yong, Chong Hao Yuan, Tan Hong Yuen, Law Sien Siang, Khairul Nizam Ahmad Bunai and the girl pleaded not guilty to the four charges under Section 420 of the Penal Code for cheating.
