GEORGE TOWN: Lawyer M. Visvanathan, who is holding a watching brief in the inquest into the custodial death of furniture shop sales assistant Cheah Chin Lee, told a magistrate’s court here that the CCTV footage of the lock-up where the detainee was held had no audio.
He said the footage also did not start from the time Cheah, 36, was taken into the lock-up.
