BELAGA: The number of survivors of the ill-fated Kawan Mas that capsized at Giam Bungan Batang Balui on May 28 increased from 207 to 213 on Thursday, after six more survivors made police reports after losing their documents in the incident.
Belaga Police Chief Bakar Sebau, who is also the ground operation commander for Kawan Mas disaster search and rescue, said the additional six survivors are Anthony Jawing Awi, Awi Panau, Delam Ngabang, Jelina Buah, Johnny Kana and Limping Tarang.
