KUALA LUMPUR: PAS spiritual leader Datuk Seri Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat's RM10mil lawsuit against former Inspector-General of PoliceTan Sri Abdul Rahim Mohd Noorand the New Straits Times over the "Father of Kafir" issue has been settled.
Rahim's counsel Choo Shi Jin told reporters that both parties had agreed to a settlement without admission of liability, however the terms of settlement were not disclosed.
