PETALING JAYA: Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Paul Low will meet Indian non-governmental organisations (NGOs) Friday to brief them on the Cabinet's discussion over police custodial deaths.
MIC strategic director S. Vell Paari said the meeting has been scheduled for Friday morning.
