KUALA LUMPUR: A former graphic designer whose right eye was blinded after being struck by firecracker fragments while watching a football match has withdrawn his negligence suit against the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).
Counsel Nik Mohamad Anuar Badiruddeen, who appeared for Ahmad Jazimin Mohd Jalaludin, told reporters that his client withdrew the suit without liberty to file afresh.
