KUALA LUMPUR: Former Teratai assemblyman and sacked DAP member Jenice Lee will go to court to seek redress over her expulsion from the party which she claims is illegal.
Lee said she would be seeking a declaration that her automatic expulsion for contesting as an independent candidate in the general election was invalid since she was not properly notified about it.
