JOHOR BARU: The reverse takeover of Scope Industries Bhd by Matang Holdings Bhd has been rejected by shareholders who voted against the proposal.
The majority of the shareholders who attended an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) rejected the proposal, saying it was not in their favour.
