KANGAR: The Mobile Community Transformation Centre (CTC) programme will be improved and expanded to allow rural folk to enjoy essential services, said Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Ahmad Maslan.
“This new transformation is among the 52 National Blue Ocean Strategy initiatives that save the people’s money and time. Under this second phase, the Finance Ministry will improve services for the people’s benefit,” he told reporters after launching the CTC programme at Felcra Lubok Sireh, Kaki Bukit here yesterday.
