KUALA LUMPUR: The son of a former deputy minister was charged on Monday before the Session's Court with using forged papers in a tender for a road construction projects in Johor.
Businessman Mohd Nizam Lajim, 31, son of former Housing and LocalGovernment deputy minister Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin was accused of using a forged document dated July 25, 2012, which listed companies recommended to carry out the construction of Jalan Mukim 6 Linau and Mukim 7 Tg Semberong, in Batu Pahat, Johor via limited tender.
