KUALA LUMPUR: A Sessions Court here has granted Bank Negara’s application to postpone returning the assets of the three Genneva directors and a former director acquitted recently of illegal deposit-taking involving over RM141mil.
“After going over the submissions, I am satisfied that there is a need to grant a stay against the previous order to release the properties and exhibits seized,” ruled Judge Rozana Ali Yusof here yesterday.
