Court to decide on return of Genneva directors’ assets


KUALA LUMPUR: The Session Court will decide on Tuesday whether to return the assets of three Genneva Sdn Bhd directors and a former director acquitted of illegal deposit-taking involving more than RM141mil.

Datuk Ng Poh Weng, Datuk Marcus Yee Yuen Seng, Datuk Chin Wai Leong and former director Liew Chee Wah were acquitted of illegal deposit-taking and 224 charges of money-laundering on Thursday.
