KOTA BARU: The newly-elected Kelantan PAS-led government plans to build 3,000 units of affordable homes in the state.
Kelantan Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob said the homes would be built in all 14 districts, beginning with highly-populated areas like Kota Baru, Tumpat or Pasir Mas.
