PETALING JAYA: Teratai independent candidate and sacked former DAP Socialist Youth chief for Selangor Jenice Lee has reaffirmed that the party's central executive committee (CEC) has no power to sack her questioning the legality of her sacking.
She said that since the Registrar of Societies did not recognise the CEC due to alleged irregularities during the party election last December, the disciplinary committee's position was also in question.
