PUTRAJAYA: Overseas postal voters are encouraged to mark their ballots and submit them to their respective missions the moment they collect their ballot papers to avoid any complications.
Election Commission deputy chairman Datuk Wira Wan Ahmad Wan Omar said Tuesday that this was the most secure method of submitting their postal votes and would also guarantee that their ballots arrived at their constituencies on time.
