GEORGE TOWN: Yusmadi Yusoff announced he would not be defending his Balik Pulau parliamentary seat and will stay out of the 13th general election.
"I will continue my struggle through other avenues here in Balik Pulau," said Yusmadi during a gathering in Kuala Jalan Baru in Balik Pulau Friday night.
