KUALA LUMPUR: The owner of the car allegedly used in Nayati Shamelin Moodliar’s kidnapping had the number plates changed and the car repainted after the abduction, the High Court here heard.
Car bodyshop owner Liew Tek Foo, 29, told the court that the car owner removed and asked him to throw the plates, claiming he owed money to a bank.
