SHAH ALAM: Barisan Nasional's Selangor manifesto is financially sustainable and will not result in a budget deficit, said the coalition's state deputy election director Datuk Seri Mohd Zin Mohamed (pic).
If Barisan recaptures the state, it will be able to table a balanced budget, he added. Mohd Zin said the welfare, education and well-being components of the manifesto would take up less than 35% of the annual state budget.
