KOTA KINABALU: A journalist and a businessman will be the new faces for two state seats in a sudden change of the Parti Bersatu Sabah line-up.
Sabah Journalist Association president Datuk Joniston Bangkuai, 51, will contest the Kiulu state seat replacing incumbent Datuk Louis Rampas while Joseph Paulus Latip will go for the Inanam state seat replacing Datuk Johnny Goh.
When contacted Bangkuai confirmed that he had met PBS president Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan who informed him of the changes at 10am today (Thursday).
Latip is a treasurer with the Kadazandusun Cultural Association (KDCA).
