PETALING JAYA: The MCA grassroots must promote and support all Barisan Nasional candidates regardless of any exchange or loan of seats among the component parties, said MCA secretary-general Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha.
The exchange and loaning of seats, he said, would ensure the success of Barisan in the 13th general election and create a win-win situation for all component parties.
