KLANG: Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, who is speculated to contest another state seat, will offer himself to be mentri besar again if Pakatan Rakyat retains Selangor.
“But there is a procedure that needs to be followed. First, the leadership must give the green light and then the Sultan of Selangor must give his consent,” he said after handing over RM1mil to the Selangor Islamic Education Foundation at Kampung Delek yesterday.
