PETALING JAYA: Members from both the Petaling Jaya Utara and Petaling Jaya Selatan DAP divisions have voiced their objections against any move by the party to field “parachute candidates” for the Bukit Gasing and Damansara state seats.
Petaling Jaya Selatan DAP liaison committee chairman Tony Cheong said they hoped that the party could consider fielding candidates from among members of the local branches or even local councillors.
