GEORGE TOWN: Businessman Low Taek Jho (pic), also known as Jho Low, has refuted newspaper reports that he is sponsoring international artistes for a charity concert at the Han Chiang High School (HCHS) field on April 20.
He said he was only asked by 1Malaysia Welfare Club president Geh Choh Hun to look for US-based celebrities to perform for free as the event was a charity concert, to which he had agreed to do through celebrity friends.
