KUALA LUMPUR: A Nissan Vanette caught fire on the left lane of Jalan Sungai Besi in the morning yesterday, causing an hour-long traffic jam as motorists tried to avoid the flaming wreckage.
According to the van driver, Nik Ahmad Nik Man, he, his wife and son were heading towards the city centre to begin business when he got a strong smell of petrol coming from his engine.
